Cadette Girl Scouts

Cadette Girl Scouts are girls 11 to 14 years old in Sixth to Ninth Grade.

May work on a variety of awards and recognition designed with additional challenges for this age girl. Additional emphasis is placed on service to others. Girls may work on Interest Project patches and the Girl Scout Silver Award. Destinations offers Cadette & Senior age girls a chance for high adventure in new places!

Interest Projects are comprised of SEVEN parts, and girls can choose activities from the book, Interest Projects for Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts. Books are available at the Council stores.

Some IPs are offered over the summer by the Council. Check their website, www.tejasgsc.org for details.
